Sara joined Possum in 1995 and has experience of both sales and customer service. A Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Sara works closely with the NHS in managing the company's service provision and performance and supports the sales team in delivering appropriate, innovative and cost effective solutions to assist people with special needs.

After successfully completing an Apprenticeship in Electronic Engineering with Rediffusion and then working as a Test Engineer with Plessey, Tim moved to a senior engineering role within the Electronic Assistive Technology field in 1989. This involved providing environmental control and home automation systems for the NHS and Local Authorities. Tim joined Possum in 2004 and now, with 20 years expertise, supports customers and clients with technical advice and solutions. He also assists in the development of innovative products to address a wide range of customers' and clients' needs.

Jenny joined Possum in 2007 with over 6 years of experience in marketing, primarily in medical diagnostics. Working closely with the directors in her marketing role, her responsibilities include all aspects of the marketing function with a focus on marketing planning and communications. She holds a BSc Hons Degree in Multimedia, CIM Advanced Certificate in Marketing as well as an HND in Information Systems and Multimedia.
